These terms govern your use of sachaghar.com and the SachaGhar app. By using SachaGhar you agree to them.
1. What SachaGhar is
SachaGhar is a property marketplace that acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers (owners, agents and builders) of land, plots, apartments, villas, houses and shops. Sellers' contact details are kept private: buyer enquiries come to SachaGhar, and our team contacts the seller and the buyer to share details and arrange site visits. SachaGhar is not a party to the sale contract, does not process payments and does not verify ownership, titles or approvals.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18, give accurate information and keep your password secure. We may block accounts that misuse the service.
3. Sellers and brokers
- Only list property you own or are authorised in writing to sell.
- Keep price, area, photos and details accurate, and mark the listing sold when it is sold.
- Agents and builders must comply with RERA and all applicable laws, and show registration numbers where required.
4. Buyers
- Do your own due diligence: verify title documents, encumbrances, approvals, RERA registration and the seller's identity before paying any token or advance.
- Use written agreements and registered sale deeds.
5. Prohibited use
No fake, misleading, duplicate or illegal listings; no spam, scraping or harassment of users.
6. Content
You keep ownership of your content and allow SachaGhar to display it. We may edit, reject or remove listings that break these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SachaGhar is not liable for any transaction, dispute or loss between users.
8. Example data
Listings labelled “Example data” are samples and not real offers.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
